Confidentiality: We will have all potential Buyers sign a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement prior to providing them with any financial or confidential information. While marketing your practice, your transaction will be kept completely confidential.
Once you have an “Offer” on your practice you can start preparing a list of the equipment in your practice you will be including in the sale and another list of equipment and items which will be excluded. This information will be incorporated in the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Dr. Maddox will prepare all the necessary documents for your transaction.
Dr. Maddox will analyze your Office Lease and advise you of any issues that need to be addressed in assigning your Office Lease to a new Buyer.
