Lee Maddox, DDS, Esq. has 23 years of diverse experience in the dental profession including owning and managing two successful endodontic dental practices, teaching in the endodontic department at California dental schools, lecturing nationally and internationally on endodontics, lecturing at dental schools, ADA, CDA, and local dental society meetings on law matters related to the dental profession, owning an interest and working in a dental manufacturing company, owning an interest in an electronic dental insurance billing company, and owning a successful law firm for 10 years, specializing in the needs of the dental health care professional. Dr. Maddox has been involved with more than 1,000 transactions from the preparation of transaction documents, including, but not limited to, associate and independent contractor agreements, purchase agreements,  partnership agreements, management services agreements, and lease documents, to the review and analysis of lender agreements.
