A. Lee Maddox DDS, Esq.
Dr. Maddox received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California in 1987, his certificate in endodontics from the University of Southern California in 1989, and his board certification in endodontics in 1995. Dr. Maddox received his J.D. degree from Whittier College of Law, Costa Mesa, California where he graduated in the top one-third of his class and received the American Jurisprudence Book Award for the course Accounting for Lawyers (indicative of having ranked first in his law school class in such course).

Dr. Maddox limited his practice to endodontics and maintained 2 offices in the cities of Orange and Placentia, California for 9 years. As a result of his distinguished endodontic abilities and business management skills, his endodontic practice experienced a 700% increase in production during this nine year period.

Dr. Maddox has also been intimately involved in the research and development of nickel titanium rotary files on behalf of Tycom Dental. During his employ with Tycom Dental, Dr. Maddox was a contributor to the implementation of major advances occurring in rotary instrumentation currently being used in endodontic and general dental offices worldwide. He has lectured both nationally and internationally to dental societies (in Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Hong Kong, and the Philippines) on major innovations in the field of endodontics during the last 10 years with a special emphasis on NiTi rotary instruments.

Dr. Maddox has served as a clinical instructor to the residents in the Departments of Endodontics at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and Loma Linda School of Dentistry. He presently speaks as a guest lecturer at the USC School of Dentistry and the Graduate Practice Residency Program at the UCLA School of Dentistry. In addition, Dr. Maddox is frequently requested to act as an expert witness in litigation involving general dentists and endodontists on behalf of defense counsel.

Dr. Maddox is currently a member of the California State Bar and 2 of its sections: Corporate and Business Law and Real Property Law.

Dr. Maddox’s dentist clientele seek his advice in business matters such as dental practice acquisitions and sales, incorporations and partnerships, associateship relationships, space sharing or solo-group relationships, employee/independent contractor agreements, real estate acquisitions, and office leases.

Kerri McCullough, Agent

Kerri McCullough has been dedicated to the dental industry for over 30 years. For the past 9 years, Kerri's focus and attention has been on practice transitions and helping both the sellers and buyers transition to the next exciting phase in their life. The practice transition experience can be challenging for all the parties involved so it takes great patience and understanding and expertise during all the phases of a transition. Kerri McCullough brings a unique talent to Maddox Practice Group with her 12 years as a Dental lender prior to practice sales. Kerri has also owned her own business in which she owned and operated two successful Dental Laboratories in Southern California.

Kerri is married to Mark McCullough and has 2 grown children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. Family comes first to the McCulloughs with lots of music and motorcycles included.

Jaci Hardison, Transition Coordinator
Jaci was born and raised in Southern California where she worked with Lee Maddox managing his successful Endodontic practice for 9 years. She was responsible for practice marketing, staff relations and referral retention.  Jaci acts as a liaison to the seller and buyer to assure a successful practice transition. She is excited to be back on Lee’s team with Maddox Practice Group helping dentists with all of their transition needs. 

Jaci has been married to Mark for 21 years and they have three children, ages 15, 11, and 8 who are very active in sports.  She spends her free time with her husband and kids in the pool, at the beach, or at the sports field.

Jill Mossor, Assistant
Jill has been in the law business for 23 years.  Jill grew up in New Jersey and migrated to Florida with her family and eventually made her way to Southern California where she has worked as Lee Maddox’s Office Manager for the last 9 years, assisting him with all phases of dental/medical practice transaction law and now helping to create the most professional and ethical dental practice brokerage firm in Southern California! 

Jill is the proud mother of a beautiful and funny three year-old boy and loves the family life.  She looks forward to weekends with her family at the beach.
